Returns

Please contact us for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.

Any item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you would like your credit to be issued - to your credit card or exchange.

If you wish an exchange, please let us know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be refunded or charged to your credit card.

Shipping

We endeavor to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Shipping charges are fixed at $4.95 for 1 or 2 items, $9.95 for 3 or more items. There is no shiping charge for Seminars or Workshops.

International Orders
Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Spirit Repair LLC is not responsible for these fees even if you do not accept the package. If you are concerned what these fees may be, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering. Pricing on this website is in U.S. Dollars.
